Ordering & Shipping
Please contact us, via email or telephone, if you find an item you would like to purchase that is not currently priced. Shipping charges are not included in the item's price. When possible, we will ship UPS ground or USPS. Many of our products will need to be shipped by a commercial shipper. We do not offer delivery services, but we are happy to help arrange shipping. We accept Visa, MasterCard, checks and money orders. Personal checks may be held until clearing the bank. Checks and money orders should be sent to:

Returns
No cash refunds and exchanges upon approval. Please email us with return requests. Shipping charges are not refundable. The items we sell are used, recycled, and/or salvaged products. As such, they are sold in their "as is" condition. We offer no warranties or guarantees for the items we sell. Please inquire as to the working status of an item prior to purchasing it. We will gladly provide additional photos of a particular item if you are concerned about its condition. To prevent loss from damage in shipment, all items need to be insured with the shipping firms.

International Orders
If you wish to have an order shipped outside the US, please inquire whether the items you're interested in can be shipped internationally.
